Project enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any company, quantity, or timing details you choose to share. Citadel Works uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project, not to add you to a marketing list.

Form delivery

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our email inbox. FormSubmit may use reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and retains submissions for up to 30 days according to its documentation. Email correspondence may remain in our inbox while needed for the enquiry or project.

Please do not submit patient information, passwords, or confidential files. Read FormSubmit's website and privacy policy for information about its processing.

Website services

The website hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the service. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Your information

To ask about your information or request deletion of enquiry correspondence, use the contact form and mention your request. Information needed for ongoing orders or required records may need to be retained.
